And then there's the wonderful sound and visual effect of the water. And then there's the wonderful sound and visual effect of the water. The backlighting is in the form of little stars or glow fireflies. These "stars" are a new high-tech strand of rice lights that put out virtually no heat, are literally the size of grains of rice, and last for a long, long time....5000 hours.
